Holli Kight

Events Director, Texas Region

Holli Kight brings over 25 years of combined work experience in youth development and marketing communications to the team. Holli leads Texas event production for Enshrine, coordinating close to 100 public facing events per year for campaigns related to traffic safety and public health - including drunk driving, pedestrian safety, speeding, motorcycle safety, adult vaccines and anti-vaping. In this role, she juggles logistics, staffing, reporting and client management with finesse. Her years as the Children’s Ministry Director at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Houston saw her developing and implementing outreach programs designed to engage children and youth to connect to family and community through faith-based, school-based, and community-based initiatives.

Prior to her role as Children’s Director, Holli spent a decade as a freelance marketing professional. Working as a consultant in Texas, Holli collaborated with ad agency teams to create marketing and public relations campaigns for a variety of small businesses, non-profit and state agency clients and campaigns such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Care for Elders and Click It or Ticket for TxDOT. In this role, she coordinated regional events including press conferences and media tours, prepared talking points, Q&A, press releases and media advisories, and analyzed and created quantitative media coverage reports.
